MEET UP: Isla Mujeres, Mexico Divers Office.
Reservation: A $300 USD deposit is required to reserve the boat for your selected date and time. The remaining balance will be invoiced 72 to 48 hours before your tour . You can also pay in cash the day of the tour.
If we are unable to confirm your requested date and time, and rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be given a 50% refund of the deposit. Failure to cancel your activities within less than 24 hours or no-shows will result in a retainment of the full deposit. Providing there is sufficient notice or a weather situation, this deposit can be used on a different date or activity. If you need to reschedule, but not cancel your dive, we will do everything we can to accommodate you without extra charges. Government will retain 16% Taxes from payments done with all Credit and Debit Cards, be aware that taxes will not be refunded in this situation.
