The spa menu features a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials, hydrotherapy, and body therapies, along with a salon offering a selection of beauty services. Guests who reserve a spa treatment (not salon) are also invited to enjoy the spa’s thoughtfully designed facilities, including a steam room, sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi, and a peaceful outdoor pool set within a lush garden.

Every detail at Alma Spa has been carefully considered to create an experience of total relaxation. Upon arrival, guests are invited to craft their own body scrub to use in the steam room, choosing from a selection of natural ingredients such as salt from Las Coloradas, sand from Isla Mujeres, Mexican coffee, and sugar, with additions of a hibiscus or sage blend. Secure lockers, makeup remover wipes, hair dryers, deodorant, and other amenities are provided in the bathrooms, ensuring you have everything needed before and after your treatment. Robes and sandals are given to complete the experience.

To encourage full disconnection and presence, the use of phones and cameras is not permitted during the spa experience. Devices are safely stored in your personal locker, allowing you to fully embrace the peaceful atmosphere.

Those opting to use the spa's facilities, can relax with the hydrotherapy, where you begin your journey in the steam room, where the curated scrub enhances relaxation. After rinsing off in the jet shower, the experience continues with the sauna, a revitalizing plunge into the ice bath under the warm Mexican sun, and soothing moments in the jacuzzi and private pool. You are encouraged to move through the circuit at your own pace during your 90-minute session.
