Flavors of Mexico is a private tasting experience based in the garden atmosphere of Isla Village, offering agave tastings and pairings centered around authentic Mexican spirits, regional traditions, and gourmet flavors. Experiences are available by reservation only, allowing guests to choose the tasting experience that best fits their group and occasion.
Designed for couples, families, friend groups, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette trips, and travelers looking for something beyond a typical dinner outing, the experience combines premium hospitality with a guided introduction to Mexico’s agave culture.
Each tasting lasts approximately two hours and includes a guided selection of five artisan mezcals from different regions and flavor profiles, two premium tequilas, and two cream liqueurs or specialty spirits. Guests are guided through aroma, flavor notes, production methods, and the traditions behind each spirit, alongside pairings selected to complement the tasting experience.
The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, creating a personal setting focused on conversation, discovery, and Mexican hospitality.
Guests can also visit the boutique store after the tasting to purchase the mezcals, tequilas, and liqueurs featured during the experience as souvenirs or gifts to take home.
