Acantilado, or “cliffside” in English, is back open as of August 2025. You’ll find this restaurant in Punta Sur, the perfect stop if you’re checking out Templo Ixchel or taking in the dramatic cliffs at the south end of Isla Mujeres.

It’s open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or just a quick drink and a snack. The menu has seafood, Mexican favorites, sandwiches, and breakfast dishes, all served with some of the best Caribbean views on the island.
