Paradise Burger & Bar is located downtown in the former Xcatik space, just off the main bar and restaurant strip, close to Mamma Rosa. Opened in October 2025, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features a full bar. It is an American style spot with bright colors and neon lighting, giving it a casual diner feel.

The menu focuses on build your own burgers, with a choice of flame grilled beef, garlic marinated flame grilled chicken breast, or a lentil burger. You can choose from classic toppings like lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, red onion, cucumber, and jalapeño, with extra add ons such as an extra beef patty, bacon, cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms or onions, guacamole, and a range of sauces available. Burgers are served with fries, with the option to substitute onion rings or a Caesar salad. Their menu also includes build your own beef hot dog, chicken strips, boneless chicken bites, Texas style baby back ribs, and shareable sides like nachos, dips, chips, and salads.

Breakfast is served daily from 7AM and includes options such as avocado toast, toast with bacon, eggs, tomato, and fruit, Belgian waffles, French toast, and build your own omelets.
