You can experience this unique opportunity in the comfort of your vacation rental with David - your mixologist and sommelier. David has over 10 years of experience working in events, behind the bar, and as a freelancer. He started hosting tastings in 2021 and guarantees to take you on a journey of flavors, pairing your favorite drink with the right food, which can include cheeses, deli, chocolate, fruits, and more (the food pairing varies depending on which alcohol you are tasting).

David is fluent in both Spanish and English, and as well as being an experienced mixologist, he has obtained his sommelier certification. You can select your tasting experience with tequila, mezcal, or another spirit, or choose a wine tasting and pairing. The experience commences after David has set up a beautiful table with everything you will need, he will then introduce himself before providing in depth information on your group's choice of alcohol. Then, he will take you through the best part of the experience, the tasting and pairing process. The Tasting can last from 90-120 minutes, however afterward you also have the opportunity to contact David, and ask him anything about the tasting, cocktails, and pairing. 

 

This experience can be held in your vacation rental, or David can arrange for the experience to take place in a comfortable, private setting/his rooftop terrace.
