Chilaquiles... a traditional Mexican breakfast of fried tortilla chips, sauces and other toppings. At Xilak (pronouced chi-lak), they specialise in this wonderful breakfast dish, with delicious options available for you to choose from, including the traditional topping of red or green sauce with cheese; or birria (a stewed beef); 3 sauces; or a hot and spicy option of habanero. You have the choice to add eggs, chicken or beef too. They also have a menu full of other gourmet breakfast dishes, including omelettes, eggs, burritos, pancakes and French toast, as well as much more, and new options being added.
