The Treehouse Yoga is located on the island’s main beach Playa Norte, boasting incredible views of the crystal clear Caribbean ocean.

Taught by some of the island’s best yoga instructors, the classes are based around a style called "vinyasa flow", which focuses on tying breath to movement in a fluid way. It results in both a calming yet, invigorating practice.
