PROTECT YOUR TRIP WITH
TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel plans can change unexpectedly. Flights may be delayed, illness can occur, or personal circumstances may prevent you from traveling as planned. To help protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance before your trip.

Travel insurance can provide valuable coverage for unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight disruptions, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues that may affect your plans.

Please note that Taste of Isla’s cancellation policies apply to all bookings. Personal circumstances including illness, family emergencies, missed flights, flight delays, or other travel disruptions do not qualify for refunds outside of the applicable cancellation policy.

For tours, activities, and experiences booked through Taste of Isla, cancellation terms may vary by provider. The specific cancellation policy for each vendor will always be shown on their individual booking page.

For accommodation reservations:
• The 50% deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 50 days or more before arrival. Processing fees are non-refundable and are not included in any refund.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 50 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

For experiences and services with the standard Taste of Isla cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the reservation date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the $6 USD administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.

In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters or circumstances outside of reasonable control, Taste of Isla, the property owner, or vendor may, at their discretion, offer options such as rescheduling, travel credit, or a refund depending on the specific circumstances.

Purchasing travel insurance gives you extra peace of mind, allowing you to enjoy your time in Mexico knowing you have protection if the unexpected happens.
