El Poc-Chuc, an Isla Mujeres classic, serving great value Mexican food since 1988, with a different location, just north of its previous cozy spot, it is located in downtown Isla Mujeres on Avenida Juarez close to El Meraki. El Poc-Chuc is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - with some Mexican breakfast favorites including chilaquiles, huevos Mexicanos (eggs scrambled with tomatoes, onions, cilantro etc.), and pancakes. They also have a great lunch and dinner menu with traditionally prepared seafood, chicken, beef, tacos, empanadas, panuchos (a regional dish from the Yucatan on a refried tortilla), quesadillas, and of course, as the name states...poc chuc! (A citrusy Mayan-styled grilled pork)
