Grab a couple of beers and snack on complimentary Yucatecan style botanas, as you indulge in beautiful views of the bay between Isla Mujeres and Isla Mujeres’ peninsula of Sac Bajo.

Dzikil P’ak, named after the regional dish/dip from Mexico’s state, the Yucatan, is a bar and restaurant located mid-island, just south of Oscar’s and La Hach, along Isla Mujeres’ Av. Rueda Medina, one of the main roads that runs to the island’s south point and Sac Bajo.

Opened in September 2021, this is a colorfully decorated, lively spot to go and grab a couple of drinks, and receive some delicious botanas (small, complimentary appetizer/snack dishes). Watch the sunset across the bay, while you try something off their menu, including sharing dishes such as ceviche or nachos, as well as some Yucatecan and local favourites such as poc chuc (pork), seafood, fresh fish, tacos and more! If you are out exploring Isla Mujeres, or staying in Punta Sur or the local, mid-island neighborhoods, this is a wonderful little spot to stop by and enjoy a local bar, and sometimes on the weekends live music.
