Pre-book Your Taxi
Planning your transportation ahead of time? Simply order your taxi before your vacation or on the day you need it (please allow a minimum of 30 minutes for scheduling). This way, you can relax knowing that your ride will be waiting for you.
ASAP Service
Need a taxi right away? Just enter “ASAP” in the date + time field, and we’ll do our best to have a taxi with you as soon as possible (estimated arrival time: 2 - 30 minutes).
Please note that from 9 PM - 9 AM (12 hours overnight and early morning) we cannot guarantee the ASAP service, but we will try our best. We recommend pre-booking your taxi if you know you are going to need it within this 12 hour period to guarantee your ride.
Skip the Lines at The Ferry
Arriving at Ultramar and want to skip the taxi lines? Book your taxi a minimum of 2.5 hours before you need the service, and your ride will be ready and waiting when you step off the ferry. Avoid the hassle of waiting in long taxi queues with your suitcases at the ferry.

As soon as the taxi is confirmed you will receive a taxi number, this is the taxi(s) you paid for.
When you book ASAP service, please give us some time to communicate and getting info from the Taxi driver, we will inform you as soon as we have the taxi on your way with an estimate of arrival minutes.
