Farm to Table Breakfast

Lucia uses only the freshest, organic ingredients that are locally sourced to create farm-to-table meals that are both delicious and healthy. Her breakfasts are not only nutritious but also fully customizable to fit your specific tastes and dietary needs. Lucia can create the perfect breakfast spread for you, her nutritional breakfasts are sure to leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day.

General Info: The price is per person, minimum groups of 4 people. You will pay a deposit today, and pay the remaining amount on the day of your reservation. Lucia will work with you to create a great breakfast spread that will suit you and your group's wishes. Here are some suggestions for breakfast ideas for you and your group:
1. Bacon, scrambled eggs, rosemary potatoes, guacamole, pico de Gallo, salsa verde, tortilla, and fruit platters.
2. Sourdough French toast or gluten-free pancakes with apple compote, agave syrup, bacon, fruit platter, and extra toppings like shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and pecans.

Farm to Table Lunch or Dinner

With a commitment to using only the freshest, organic ingredients that are locally sourced, Lucia creates farm-to-table feasts that are not only delicious but also healthy. Lucia's Lunches and Dinners are made to order, and she takes great care to ensure that each meal is tailored to your preferences. Her meals are perfect for groups, with plenty of options to choose from. You can trust that Lucia's meal will be both satisfying and nourishing, but also flexible enough for you to customize to your liking.

1. Gourmet taco bar with skirt steak, shrimp, Mexican rice, beans, guacamole, pico de Gallo, salsa verde, Mexican corn, chile poblano and red pepper stir fry, red cabbage slaw, and tortillas.
2. Fish filet with sour orange, and/or mango salsa when in season, served with salad, vegetables, and fried plantains bathed in Oaxacan chocolate for dessert.
3. Chicken in achiote and coconut milk, salsa verde, or mole, served with either potatoes, salad, or vegetables, and chocolate avocado pudding for dessert.
4. Stuffed Poblano peppers (vegan), stuffed with brown rice, and vegetables, topped with cashew cream, served with guacamole and pico de Gallo. Plantains bathed in Oaxacan chocolate for dessert.
