Enter into this wonderful penthouse from the elevator or stairwell, into the beautifully designed entrance hall with a brick dome roof and a unique decor. From here you can enter into the master bedroom through the large wooden doors, into the other bedrooms through the small, extra living area/media room through the sliding doors, or turn right into the grand living area and kitchen.

- Master Bedroom – 

When you enter the master bedroom through the large wooden doors (with their traditional Mexican design) you are greeted by a stunning space and breathtaking views. The master bedroom comes with a centrally placed King Bed that faces the room’s impressive windows, looking out towards the Caribbean Sea, which means that you can wake up to incredible views each morning. The room also features a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom next to the windows, so that you can relax and pamper yourself in this luxurious setting. The master bedroom also comes complete with an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower, a large closet area for clothes and storage, a Smart TV  and private access to the shared, large balcony.

 

- Guest/Second Bedroom – 

The second bedrooms are accessible through a sliding door from the main entrance hallway, here you pass through the extra living area/media room and into the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a King Bed, closet spaces, and flat screen Smart TVs. 

One of the second bedrooms also comes with views of the Caribbean from it’s private balcony, it also features an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have views looking out across the island, the park and Salina Grande, as well as the lagoon and Cancun’s skyline in the distance.

One of these two bedrooms has a balcony, with a guest bathroom located next door to it. While the other has an ensuite but no balcony attached.

- Media Room - 

Turning back from the second bedrooms you are back into the media room that you have passed through, this small living area is complete with a kitchenette, a large sofa and an entertainment centre, along with a mini fridge and wine fridge, perfect for relaxing in.

- The Kitchen & Living Area – 

When you turn right from the main entrance hall, you enter into the kitchen and spacious living area, which is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is wonderfully designed for the chef in your family, large and fully equipped, it includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and a dishwasher, as well as a large breakfast bar with seating for six. You have many dining options to choose from, if you are entertaining or want to keep it more formal, then there is a big dining table in this room, opposite the kitchen with seating for eight people, or why not head outside onto the balcony that is connected to this space? Here there is also a dining table available for six people, for outdoor dining under the stars. 

Once you have finished dining, the entertaining or relaxing can continue on the big sofa, in the living area here in this spacious room. Continue to enjoy the views of the Caribbean or sit back and watch something on the large flat screen Smart TV.

Location

This penthouse condo at Isla 33 Condominiums is located mid-island, in front of the Caribbean, on a main road running from the north north end of the island to the south end. This location is just a short golf cart or taxi ride from Isla Mujeres’ ferry terminal, famous Playa Norte/North Beach, and the hustle and bustle of the island’s downtown area, turn the opposite direction, South, you will also make it to Punta Sur/South Point in a short amount of time. Here as Isla 33, you are an even shorter distance from the island’s main supermarket, Chedraui, as well as the local neighborhoods with some delicious dining options available.
